The above list shows the bansuri sizes/keys I offer at the moment.Â
The bigger the bansuri flute is, the lower the pitch.Â
For Indian Classical Music the most used key is E bass.Â
The smaller flutes are ideal for folk music or people starting their flute journey at a young age when the hands are not big enough for bass flutes.
For a beginner I suggest to buying a bansuri inbetween F# bass - A# bass. If your hands are small I suggest A or A#, however all sizes of hands can learn all sizes of flutes with patience and practise.

COLOURS FOR THE BINDING
I have the following colours of thread available, you can choose up to 3 colours for your new Tepui Bansuri. The binding is not only for estetic purposes, It is very important to do binding on bamboo flutes to avoid cracking when the bamboo is exposed to extreme changes in weather. The flutes are made of bamboo, they are alive and they are affected by air humidity and temperatures. This is also part of the magic of nature.
